RETURNS

You can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

If this period of 14 days after receipt of the goods has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, the item may have been used, but it must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase by sending it by email to contact@perledessenteurs.ch. 

After confirming your return, we will send you the return address for the products.

Other items that cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Sale products
- Body mists 
- Patches anti-transpiration

Refunds (if applicable)

- Once the returned item has been received and its condition has been verified, we will send you confirmation of receipt by email.

- Full refunds for products that have not been used.
- Products that have been used receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price.

- If your request is approved, your refund will then be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

- Have you not received your refund yet? Please first check your bank account again.

- If after this new consultation of your bank account the refund is still not received, contact the entity issuing your debit card or your bank, as there is often a processing time required before a refund is poster.

- If after contacting your bank or the entity issuing your credit card, you still do not know what the receipt for your refund is, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@perledessenteurs. ch

Sale items (if applicable)

Only items at regular prices are refundable.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item or a similar item at the same price, send us an email to contact@perledessenteurs.ch

Gifts

Was the returned item a gift when purchased? You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. 

Once the returned item has arrived, we will send you a gift certificate (gift credit) by post.
